Since the Club is based in Brussels, with staff having gained previous professional experience in the European institutions (European Commission, European Parliament, agencies, etc) and coming from various member states, it will focus the attention of its members  in reflecting upon both the polices of the European Union and of the member states, with specific regard to climate and energy. It will cooperate with the European Commission and the European Parliament, the EIB, the EEAS, other EU institutions and agencies, national Governments, and municipalities.

Club Climate Europe thrives on meeting the expectations of its members, by focusing work on their needs. Each member is established the project account, work program, milestones, and deliverables.

Upon request of the members, all documents are confidential.

Particular attention is given to the newsletters and policy briefings from the EU institutions and national capitals; also to EU project proposal and consortium development for Horizon Europe, Life, Erasmus, Innofund, national financing, etc.
